Exchange and return of goods of good quality
You can exchange goods of good quality, if it does not fit in shape, size, style, color or configuration, for a similar product. The exchange of goods is carried out within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the goods were not in use, their appearance, properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is also a receipt or cash receipt, or another document confirming payment of the specified product. The absence of a cash receipt or other document confirming payment does not deprive you of the opportunity to refer to witness testimony.
By agreement with you, the exchange of goods can be made upon receipt of a similar product for sale. If a similar product is not available for sale on the day of application, you have the right to demand a refund of the amount paid for the specified product.
If you have submitted a claim for the return of the amount of money paid for the goods, it is satisfied within 10 days from the date of presentation of the relevant claim. In case the buyer refuses the goods of proper quality, the cost of delivery of the goods and sending it back is not refundable, except for the return of the goods in the home region by the Dealer (in the region indicated by the Dealer in the "Address" field of the "Contacts" section as the place of actual implementation of the store's activities, according to which, the return or exchange of the goods purchased by the user is carried out).
You cannot refuse a product of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.
Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality
If you receive a product of inadequate quality (which is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities), you have the right to return or exchange the product.
The consumer has the right to present claims to the seller (manufacturer, authorized organization or authorized individual entrepreneur, importer) in relation to product defects if they are discovered during the warranty period or shelf life.
Return policy
The return of the Goods is made on the basis of the relevant official statement of the buyer's refusal from the Goods and the return of the amount paid for such Goods.
Refund
The amount paid for the goods is returned in the same way as it was paid.
For a refund, you must present:
cash receipt of payment;
return confirmation.
